How it works

  1. Choose their gift

    Select the plan and duration, then complete your purchase through Stripe using your email.

  2. Receive & give

    Receive the gift card by email. Forward or print it whenever you are ready to give it.

  3. Activate in AstroKairos

    The recipient logs in to the app, selects the matching plan and billing period, and enters the code in Stripe Checkout.

A few things to know

How do I buy a gift card?

Choose the plan and duration you would like to give, then click Buy as a Gift. Complete payment securely through Stripe using your own email address. You do not need an AstroKairos account to buy.

Who receives the gift card?

After payment is confirmed, we email the card, code and instructions to the buyer. You can then forward or print it whenever you are ready to give it.

How does redemption work?

The recipient signs up or logs in, selects the plan and billing period printed on the gift, and enters the code in Stripe Checkout's promotion-code field. Only accounts without an ongoing subscription are eligible; gifts cannot be stacked.

Does the recipient need a credit card?

If the recipient selects the gifted plan and duration, they do not need to enter a credit card. If they choose a more expensive option or there is a tax difference, they only pay the remaining amount; in that case, Stripe may request a credit card or another payment method.

How long do I have to activate the gift?

Redeem within 90 days of purchase. The exact expiration date is in the email. Each code can only be used once; subscription access starts when the gift is activated.

Will the subscription renew automatically?

No. The subscription ends after the gifted period (one month, six months, or one year), with no automatic renewal or charge. The recipient keeps access until the end of that period and does not need to cancel. To continue afterwards, simply upgrade in AstroKairos and choose the desired plan and billing period.

What if the email has not arrived?

Check spam and confirm payment was completed. If you need help, contact [email protected] with your payment receipt. Do not share your gift code publicly.
